1. Palm your eyes
Our eyes are one of the primary sources from which we receive information. We depend on our eyes to visually present information to our brains. However, our eyes doesn't filter anything so the good comes with the bad. Why not give our eyes a break by placing your palms over your eyes for 1-2 minutes and think of something that relaxes you to block the stressful stimulus in front of you.
2. Static stretching (quick circuit)
When we are stressed, blood flow is restricted. This could cause muscle soreness and additional fatigue which make stressful situations even more worse than before. Dedicate 1-2 minutes towards doing the 4 stretches to restore blood flow to your body so that oxygen flows to them to give you the energy to get things done while stressed.
