15 to 60 minute de-stressor ideas
Congratulations, you've managed your time effectively that you have an extended period of time to spare. Here are some ideas that you could do in an hour or less.
1. Watch an episode of your favorited TV show
Thanks of modern technology such as Netflix or Apple TV or Amazon Prime Video or Roku, many of your favourite TV shows are on-demand where you can watch whenever you want commercial free. These technology or streaming platforms have a variety different genres so there is something for everyone. (drama, mystery, documentary, action, comedy, religious programming, and educational-based)
2. Get some exercise such as running, golfing, or bike riding.
it is no secret that exercise is good for you and not something you were forced to do in PE class. There are a variety of fitness and recreation activities available so you don't have to be really fit to get a workout in. Personally my routine is a 20 minute swim, 20 circuit around exercise machine, and 20 minute shooting hoops or playing badminton.
3. Take a nap
Sleeping is the ultimate form of de-stressor. It shuts off the brain completely so your body can heal and recharge so you are ready to deal with things that stress you out when you wake up.
